Youth Festival

YOUTH FEST June 3rd, 2018

Youth Fest is IGLA’s largest tournament hosting over 500 participants.  Youth Fest provides an opportunity for IGLA and Affiliate teams from across Chicagoland to compete in games against non-divisional opponents. Purple teams have the additional opportunity to compete in a championship bracket.

Youth Fest also hosts instructional clinics for parents, field players, and goalies on-site. Vendors, a bouncy house, and a splash park are also on-site for a great day for the entire family!

Meatheads Burgers was proud sponsor of the
2017 Youth Fest Sponsor.

Meatheads is passionate about  community outreach: applauding the determination, hustle and hard work of area youth. Supporting local educational programs and charities that matter. That’s why Meatheads is the perfect partner for IGLA: Determination. Hard Work. Hustle. Taking care. That’s what matters to Meatheads, and it’s what matters to us.
Meatheads has locations throughout the Chicagoland area, so there’s bound to be one close by. Check out all of their locations here, and the incredible menu items (all 100% locally sourced) here.
Thank you Meatheads!

  • Youth Fest refund policy
In the event of inclement weather, an act of God and/or unplayable field conditions, IGLA reserves the right to alter schedules, fields, and playing time, and/or cancel any and all games impacted by weather conditions to maintain safe play conditions and/or keep on time.
The tournament has fixed expenses relating to field rental & facilities, staging and set-up costs, insurance, personnel and other matters regardless of cancellation due to weather.
Therefore, in the case of cancellation for any reason prior to the first game of the tournament, affiliate team fees will be refunded as follows:
    * 50% of registration fee refund OR a 75% credit of registration fee to a future IGLA tournament per team.
    * Refunds will not be issued due to any weather related adjustments during the tournament.
Rescheduling tournaments cancelled due to weather is unlikely given the strict refund policies of parks, recreational facilities, and forest preserves where we rent field space.
