Spring 6U Program

Spring 6U (K-st grade) 

IGLA offers players in K-1st grade the opportunity to learn girls lacrosse using simple drills and fun games. The program focuses teaching fundamentals as well as teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development in a respectful environment led by positive coaching.


K-1st grades


6U practices one hour/week and take place over six weeks during April, May and June. Day of week varies by clinic location.

The clinic fee is $130


Chicago-Montrose, Chicago-Sauganash, Crystal Lake, Evergreen Park, Elmhurst, and Gurnee register directly through the IGLA. All other locations register through IGLA an well as register and pay through their Park District.


Each player must have a stick. IGLA loans equipment free of charge while supplies last. (Goggles and mouth guards are not required as the players will use a soft ball.)
