Spring FUNdamentals Clinics

IGLA offers spring clinics for players in K-2nd grade, using techniques to teach the fundamentals of lacrosse through simple drills and fun games. Clinics focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development in a respectful environment led by positive coaching.


K-1st grades


The FUNdamentals clinics are one hour in length and take place over six weeks during April, May and June. Day of week varies by clinic location.

The clinic fee is $130


Chicago-Montrose, Chicago-Sauganash, Crystal Lake, Evergreen Park, Elmhurst, and Gurnee register directly through the IGLA. All other locations register through IGLA an well as register and pay through their Park District.


Each player in the FUNdamentals Clinics must have a stick. Goggles and mouthguards are not required as the players will use a soft ball.
